Frances Baltazar, age 75, of Azusa, California passed away on Thursday, June 13, 2024. Frances was born to Jesus and Celia P. Baltazar, living in California over 30 years. She leaves behind many family members and friends who will miss her dearly. A kind heart and beautiful soul, Frances will be fondly remembered always.
