I will revere David forever, and miss him still. Lots of good times and I am very grateful that I worked with him and the David/Vance team.

I met David in 1994, when I was introduced to him as one of Pardee's new consultants. He immediately made me feel at home with the team, and this was my happy feeling always, through years of working together and until his retirement and beyond. I appreciated his intellect, his integrity, his humor and his kindness over the years, and will always treasure my memories of both David, and of Ruth. I miss them both and am truly glad I knew them.
