Vivian Lorraine Hunt Finch

Vivian Lorraine Hunt was born on August 1, 1947 to George and Nina Hunt in Longview, Texas. She spent her elementary school years at Shiloh and Sabine Valley Schools. She graduated Weldon High School in 1965. She attended college at Kilgore Collage and Texas Southern University where she studied music. At Weldon High School she met Lonnie Finch her high school sweetheart; they were later married on March 12, 1966. To this union two sons were born, Lonnie and Reginald Finch. Vivian attend church services with her grandfather, Roy Smith at the Center Baptist Church. She was baptized at an early age at the Willow Springs Baptist Church and later moved her membership to Calvary Baptist of Longview. She relocated to the Dallas area in 2009, where she lived until she was summoned by the Lord to join her parents George and Nina Hunt along with her husband Lonnie Finch Sr.

To cherish her memory she leaves: Two sons, Lonnie Finch Jr. and Reginald Finch – four grandchildren – Brittni, Jordan, Quesaun, Kyndell, two great-grandchildren – Aubrey and Aveielle- one brother and two sisters – Stanley Wayne Hunt (Diane), Alexis Bradshaw (John) and Rushell Overstreet (Tim), and a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and caring friends.

Funeral services will be at 12 noon, December 28, 2013, at the Lakeview Memorial Gardens Mausoleum Chapel under the direction of the Lakeview Funeral Home. A time of visitation with the family will be from 10:00a.m. to 12 Noon on Saturday, also at the mausoleum chapel. Pallbearers will be: Jordan Finch, Quesaun Finch, Darren Hunt, Johathan Overstreet, Adyran Overstreet and Jerrick Gray. Honorary pallbearers are: Dared Hunt, John Bradshaw, Christon Bradshaw, and Alex Bradshaw.
