Belated Sympathy for Donna May LcLean family.  Just found out about the passing.  

Our family loved Donna. She was such a sweetheart. We always enjoyed spending time with her. She made the most delicious toffee!! We will continue to cherish the paintings she gifted us over the years. She was such an uplifting person, it was a joy to be in her presence. Although we mourn, heaven rejoices. She is truly at home now.

Every month my best friend Carol I would drive from Erie to Greeley and clean Mom's house. One day we made "professional" cleaning aprons and she was so tickled she grabbed her camera and took this photo. We looked forward to eating together at the RIO in downtown Greeley and cleaning her apartment.   ~bee

Aunt Donna had come down to Bama to visit us. Her and I drove over to Joe Wheeler Wildlife park, to walk the trails to see of there were any birds to view. It was late in the afternoon and there was only one car in the parking lot. After we walked around for awhile, we headed back to the car to head home, we pulled up to the gate and it was locked? We ended up calling the main office, luckily there was someone there. They had to drive over to unlock the gate.
Apparently the store volunteer, didn’t realize there was a car still there.


I had driven to Colorado for my 50th class reunion. Donna Mae and I made a date to drive up to the Nebraska high point, which was just on the Colorado and Nebraska state line. As we were driving up, Aunt Donna was identifying every bird along the road. As we got to Nebraska, there was a sign, warning of wild buffalo in the area. We both said it would be neat to see some. When we crested a hill lo and behold there was a herd of buffalo 100 yards away. What a glorious day to spend time with my Aunt Donna. 

Donna is home now.  She taught me much.  There were never birds on poles till Donna pointed it out to her many friends.  She took us to Kearney to see Sand Hill Cranes and Bosque Del Apache to see many more species.  She always baked super treats for watercolor class, filled our lobby with blooming plants and lit up a room with her laughter.  Some day we will plein air paint together in heaven for I am sure she will prepare it for us.  

So sorry and sad to hear of the passing of Donna, I worked with her for many years at Eastman Kodak company she was a joy and had that infectious laugh that would bring you up if you happened to be down in spirits,. She will be greatly missed , condolences to the family and may she rest in peace


I met Donna when I  first moved to Colorado  and then I worked with Donna at Kodak. Sorry about your loss and her smile lit up the room

I worked with Donna when I got hired on at Kodak in 1976. I loved her she made us laugh all the time.  So sorry for your loss. 

I worked with Donna at Kodak in Windsor for 8 years.  She took me bird watching twice in the Weld County area.  I always enjoyed her great sense of humor & uplifting personality.   Sincere sympathy to family & friends.  Bonnie Deibel.
