David Hugh Mackey passed away on December 7, 2020 at his home in Brighton, CO. He was 79 years old.
David was born on August 17, 1941 in San Rafael, California. After his active duty in the Navy, he settled in Colorado where he spent his entire career working for Ball Aerospace and also served in the U.S. Navy Reserves. He enjoyed hunting and fishing around various parts of Colorado.
David is survived by sons, David Mackey II, Scott Mackey, and Joshua Mackey, as well as his sister, Emily Hector (Mackey).
There will be no memorial service at this time. David will be laid to rest at Fort Logan National Cemetery.
