Daniel "Danny" Anthony Vigil

Daniel was a loving son to Mary Montoya & Gilbert Montoya Sr., a caring brother to Matt Montoya, Elizabeth Montoya and Gilbert Montoya Jr. & Sasha Sandoval (sister in law) favorite uncle to Zeriaha Sandoval, Noah Montoya, Ella Rose, Syncer Sandoval-Montoya, Lusion Sandoval-Montoya, best grandpa to Anaya Vigil-Trejo, Zephaniah Taylor and Ezra Vigil, but most importantly perfect father to Deja Vigil, Anastasia Vigil, Giovanni Vigil & Lucius Vigil!

Daniel loved to spend his time working on cars, his passion of being a mechanic was by far the greatest. When he wasn’t working on cars Daniel could be found spending quality time with his kids and family, making sure they could have anything and everything they possibly needed or ever wanted. He loved to go fishing, be at the flea market, clean (he was a clean freak), you always knew when he was coming because you could hear him a mile away with his loud bass, he was known to love his loud music!

Daniel was the most caring person, he touched many many hearts and lives without ever knowing it, he didn’t even have to know you and would still gladly give you the shirt off his back if he knew you were in need of it.

It is with great sorrow that we lay him to rest, although he may be gone he’ll forever be in our hearts.

A visitation for Daniel will be held from 4-7 pm on Monday, December 6, 2021 at Howe Mortuary, 439 Coffman Street, Longmont, Colorado 80501. A funeral service will occur at 9:00 am Tuesday, December 7, 2021, at Howe Mortuary, 439 Coffman Street, Longmont, Colorado 80501. A graveside committal will occur 11:00 am on Tuesday, December 7, 2021 at Longmont Mountain View Cemetery, 620 11th Avenue, Longmont, Colorado 80501.
