Cheridyn Renee Boddie, a beautiful soul filled with creativity, passion, and boundless curiosity, passed away on September 9, 2024. Born on April 17, 1992, Cheridyn's journey through life was marked by her artistic talents, love for animals, and deep connection to the magical and mystical realms.
As an artist, Cheridyn expressed herself through a variety of mediums—drawing, crocheting, and creating vibrant works with colored pencils and neon gel pens. Her hands crafted art that captured the essence of her colorful, dynamic spirit.
Her love for animals knew no bounds, and though she held a healthy distance from spiders, her beloved dog Kylo and her cat Goose were her constant companions.
In her youth, Cheridyn embraced the Juggalo community and found joy and belonging in her love for Insane Clown Posse. Her connection to the fantastical extended to anime, with Pikachu being a beloved favorite, and a deep admiration for the magical worlds of Harry Potter and all things supernatural. Cheridyn's insatiable curiosity fueled her love for metaphysics and tarot, making her a true research junkie. She was forever seeking knowledge and exploring the unseen.
Her favorite colors—purple, teal, and yellow—reflected her vibrant personality and her unwavering desire to bring joy and light into the lives of others.
She leaves behind a family who cherished her deeply: her mother Erin Young, father Marcus Sater, and grandfather David Prescott. Her life partner, Jax Meister, along with her beloved Kylo and Goose, will miss her dearly. Cheridyn's legacy lives on in her siblings, Lakota and Saphira, her brothers Albert and Donnie, and most of all, in her three children—Solara “Sunny” (9), Anthony Tobias (13), and Lily Jean (8)—who will forever carry their mother’s love and strength in their hearts.
Cheridyn was a fiercely loyal, strong-willed, and loving individual who guarded her privacy closely but gave freely to those she held dear. Her endless curiosity, her passion for life, and her love for the magical and mysterious will continue to inspire all who knew her.
Though she is no longer with us, Cheridyn’s spirit remains, dancing among the stars, wrapped in the colors and mysteries she cherished. May she rest in peace, forever a beacon of love and creativity in the lives of those she touched
