A funeral service for Heang will be held Monday, November 20, 2023 from 10:00 AM to 1:30 PM at Stricklin/Snively, 1952 Long Beach Blvd., Long Beach, CA 90806. Following the funeral service will be a graveside service from 1:30 PM to 2:30 PM at Rose Hills Memorial Park, 3888 Workman Mill Rd, Whittier, CA 90601.
