RUEBSAM, Eileen (nee McCarthy) Passed away peacefully on August 1st, 2018 at LHSC in her 92nd year. Loving wife of INGO (2015) for 60 years. She will be sadly missed by her children: KURT,JOAN, KEITH,PAUL and MICHAEL, and their respective families. Eileen grew up in Sidney, N.S., and attended St. Francis Xavier University. She followed a business career which took her through the Maritimes and Newfoundland before coming to London. She had a lifelong interest in travel, and with Ingo, travelled widely throughout Europe, Middle East and the Americas. She was an active member of St. Peter's Cathedral Basilica, CWL, and for more than 30 years, a Volunteer at St. Joseph's Hospital and Mount Hope Long Term Care. The family will receive friends on Saturday August 4th 2018 at St. Peter's Cathedral Basilica located at 196 Dufferin Avenue with visitation starting at 9:30am with a service to start at 10:30am. Interment to follow in St. Peter's Cemetery.
