Jo-Ann Louise DePirro

Jo-Ann DePirro (nee DiPonio) born December 5, 1940, died November 30, 2023. Daughter of Thomas and Concetta DiPonio, wife of Michael DePirro, sister of Thomas J. (Maria) DiPonio and aunt to several loving nieces and nephews.

Dedicated teacher in Livonia schools and Harborfields schools for over 30 years, known to her students as ‘tough lady”. Devoted parishioner of Our Lady Queen of Martyrs, Centerport, New York where she served as the coordinator of extraordinary ministers of communion, religious education teacher, and dedicated member of Consolation Ministry.

Jo-Ann was a world traveler and enjoyed a life of international experiences with her airline pilot husband of over 55 years. Italy was her favorite.
