I am so sorry to hear about the passing of your husband / father.  It is never easy losing a loved one so close to your heart.  My thoughts & prayers are sent your way during this difficult time.

We didn't know Dave all that well, but wanted to share. We live across the street from his sister Judy.  The family owned the house right next door to Judy so their Mother could live there.  Dave would come over daily to visit his Mom and help out. We were having some work done in our home and we were in need of a bathroom . Judy said we could use the bathroom in the basement of her Mom's house anytime. We went over and used the bathroom. We thought Dave had heard us come in, we startled him, but he never missed a beat, he continued washing dishes with a smile and a hello! Our condolences to the family. Rest in Peace Dave.

Dave has been a great friend for well over 50 years. As we shared countless adventures and some unbelievable misadventures, I came to know Dave as a kind and caring person who always had a warm smile and positive outlook. He was one of the nicest people I've ever known and didn't speak ill of anyone.
While I will miss him dearly, I will never forget him.

Our condolences to the Lipinski family. We remember Dave going to Lions games with Dan and us after tailgating in Eastern Market. We’d walk all the way to Ford Field and sometimes it was very cold but Dave would be wearing his moccasins no matter what! He sat through many bad Lions games but now we know we’ll have another fan looking down on them  rooting for them to win the big one this year!

In memory of my sweet brother Dave - A gentle soul whose unmatched braverey battling a serious illness will always be held in awe by me, your loving sister.  
 Many childhood memories come to mind, especially of you listening to the radio and racing to the phone to call WKNR and other radio stations, hoping to win prizes.  And win you did.  I especially remember the Beatle's record case holders that you were so excited to get.  We had many 45's that were treasured in those cases.  Your incredible gift of being able to name record labels with all the information of a particular hit song and the reverse side of that  record always amazed me.  What a wonderous  memory you had.
 I love you, bro.  Rest in Peace in the bliss of the music you so thoroughly enjoyed during your time on this Earth.   My love and respect always -- Judy
