William Edward Gade

Born Orange to the late Catherine (nee Taylor) and Charles Gade, William was a lifelong resident of Roseland.

He was a graduate of Fairleigh Dickinson University and served in the Army during the Vietnam War.

William worked as Quality Assurance Manager for Resistoflex in Roseland, Ethylene Corporation in Murray Hill and retired from Marconi Aerospace in East Hanover.

He was the beloved husband of the late Carolee (nee Gould), loving father of Deborah Gade - Roemer and her husband Jason, Darren Gade, and Leeann Gade, dear brother of Charles Gade and his wife Jeanine and Elizabeth Gandy and her husband Richard, and cherished grandfather of A.J., Sean, and Hailey Roemer.

Visitation will be held at the LaMonica Memorial Home 145 E. Mt. Pleasant Avenue, Livingston, on Thursday, March 10, 2022 from 4-8 pm. The funeral will commence at the funeral home on Friday, March 11, 2022 at 10 am am followed by a Mass of Christian Burial in Our Lady of the Blessed Sacrament in Roseland at 11 am and Burial in Restland Memorial Park in East Hanover.
