Her parents were Miriam and Leonard Wasserman. Her grandmother was Gussie Katz.
“Sandi” enjoyed having a vast social circle filled with beloved friends and family. She liked to attend a variety of events – whether at her local congregation, a party or a culturally diverse happening. She prided herself on her children, her home and traveling as well as learning new languages and cultures! Sandi was a humanitarian; always going above and beyond to help people and animals in need. She assisted her daughter in having dozens of kittens rescued and adopted out as well as helping to get their parents spayed and neutered! A creative artist, she was excellent at illustrations, needlepoint, sewing, and jewelry-making. She loved swimming anywhere – beaches or pools, it didn’t matter! She was an INCREDIBLE singer and dancer. A life-long music lover, she had a TON of fun as a teen member of “The Royal Debs” which was a doo-wop harmonizing and social activity group with a few of her closest buddies💚
Sandra is survived by her son Mitchell; and daughters: Jacqueline and Ilana. Also, her sister Maxine Schwartzman.❤️
May she rest in peace and be on a new beautiful adventure🙏💙🕊
