Born in Bloomfield to the late Giuseppe and Maria (Amorosa) Pirrello,he remained there until moving to Cedar Grove in 1957.
A WWII veteran, Frank worked the family business, Pirrello Bros. Construction in Bloomfield before turning to real estate where he worked for 15 years with Howell Real Estate in West Caldwell. He would ultimately retire as a foreman for Ellcon National in Totowa in 2000 after 25 years.
He was the beloved husband of Elzbieta (Jakobczak) and the late Virginia (DeMarco) Pirrello, loving father of Frank Pirrello and his wife Ann, Debra Pirrello and her spouse Maria Amato, and the late Kenneth Pirrello, dear brother of Ann Rezza, Josephine Caponigro, Carl Pirrello, and the late Salvatore and Anthony Pirrello, and cherished grandfather of Jamie Faubert and Carrie Leon.
Visitation will be held at the LaMonica Memorial Home, 145 E. Mt. Pleasant Avenue, Livingston, on Monday, January 31, 2022 from 3-7 pm.
The funeral will commence at the funeral home on Tuesday, February 1, 2002 at 8:45 am, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 10 am in St. Catherine of Siena Church, Cedar Grove, and interment in Mount Olivet Cemetery, Bloomfield.
