David Stephen Robertson, age 90, of Hawthorne, New Jersey passed away on Saturday, May 20, 2023.
David Stephen Robertson was born in Paterson, NJ on April 16, 1933. After graduating from Paterson Eastside High School he joined the US Air Force where he served for four years. He was a graduate of Bloomfield College and received a Master's Degree in Library Science from Rutgers University. He served as a librarian at the Bloomfield Public Library, West Essex Regional High School Library and the Passaic Public Library. He retired from his position as Director of the Passaic Public Library System after many years of service.
He leaves behind his wife of 30 years, Kathy (Mollica), his beloved son David James Robertson of Chester, NJ and many friends and acquaintances.
A visitation for David will be held Tuesday, May 23, 2023 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM at LaMonica Memorial Home, 145 East Mount Pleasant Ave, Livingston, NJ 07039.
