Constance D. Tombs (Sutton), 84, of Livingston, formerly of Florham Park and North Caldwell, passed away in her residence on Friday, September 30, 2011. Her family will receive friends at the Quinn-Hopping Funeral Home of Livingston, 145 E. Mt. Pleasant Ave., on Monday 6-9 PM. A Blessing Service celebrating her life will be offered at the funeral home on Tuesday at 11 AM followed by the committal service at Gate of Heaven Cemetery, East Hanover. Born in Fall River, MA, Constance had lived in Florham Park before moving to Livingston 2 ½ years ago. She had served on the Association Board at Belantrae Greens in Florham Park. She was predeceased by her beloved husband, Walter, who was CEO and Chairman of the Board at Harmonia Savings Bank in Kenilworth for many years.
Also predeceased by her son, Kevin and sister Pauline Flaherty, she is survived by her devoted daughter, Nancy Sutliff and husband Gordon and her loving grandchildren, Kelly and Jennifer Sutliff and April, Michelle and Alexa Tombs; she is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
