Anthony Aiello, Sr., 51, of Livingston, passed away on Friday, April 15, 2011. His family will be receiving friends at the Quinn-Hopping Funeral Home of Livingston, 145 E. Mt. Pleasant Ave., on Monday and Tuesday, 2-4 and 7-9 PM. The Funeral Mass celebrating his life will be offered at St. Rose of Lima Church, East Hanover, at 9:45 AM. The committal service will be on Wednesday following the Mass at Gate of Heaven Cemetery. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the American Diabetes Association, P.O. Box 11454, Alexandria, VA 22312.
Born in New York City, Anthony lived in Staten Island moving to Livingston twenty-three years ago. He was a textile salesman for Marcotex in Kearny and Bermaha Textile for over thirty years. Anthony was an active volunteer in Livingston including coaching girls’ softball and boys in the Livingston Little League.
Surviving is his beloved wife Karen (nee: Gambino), his devoted children Krystina and Anthony, Jr., his loving siblings Carlo and Rudy Aiello and Diane Manzione.
