Zachery Ray Taylor

Zachery Ray “Zach” Taylor, 31, of Mtn. View, Arkansas, formerly of Little Rock, Arkansas, was born November 25, 1985, in Heber Springs, Arkansas, to Dennis Ray and Regina Jo (Carroll) Taylor. He was received by God his Father on February 25, 2017. He joins his grandfathers, Joe Carroll, Bo Taylor; an uncle, Clarence Copeland III and an aunt, Darla Mooney were among his family who greeted him when he arrived in heaven. A graduate of Sheridan High School, he was active in the ROTC. Zach was a very kind and gentle young man, who was a Christian that accepted those of all faiths. He loved tattooing and piercings; fishing, hunting and working out at the gym. He also enjoyed “fixing up” cars. He was an artist, appreciating all forms of art. He loved cupcakes and fish tacos—and enjoyed cooking. He especially loved the fall, but any season he was able to go fishing. Zach’s willingness to get along with others was amazing and evident when you were exposed to how polite he was to everyone and always expressed his thankfulness in the smallest acts of kindness. He had an uncanny ability to see the good in people and accept them the way they are. Zach was a carpenter by trade and it came quite naturally as he learned his trade from his father. In addition to his parents, Dennis and Jo, he is survived by sisters, Autumn Taylor of Cabot; Chass McClendon and husband Brian of Horn Lake, Mississippi; a niece he dearly loved, Chloe Caldwell of Clarendon; his grandmothers, Sue Carroll and Mary Jo Brown; aunts and uncles, Vicki Fragale and husband Don of Alexander; Mike Carroll and wife, Beth of Mtn. View; Robin Andrews and husband Robert of Little Rock; Tim Carroll and wife Brigett of Alexander; Tim Brown and wife Lasonya of Helena; and his cousins, Brandon Copeland, Casey Copeland, Nick Ingram, Mike Carroll, Jr., Eli Carroll, Grace Carroll, Delayni Carroll, Monty Mooney, Jennifer Mims, Darren Brown, Amanda Willis; his best friend, Justin Jones, as well as a host of friends, too many to name. A service to celebrate Zach’s life will be held at 2:00pm, on Wednesday, March 8, 2017, in the chapel of Griffin Leggett Healey & Roth, 5800 W
