Ernestine Sanders, 88, of Little Rock, passed away June 14, 2022. Ernestine was born September 23, 1933, in England, Arkansas, to Cecil and Rozena Archer. She enjoyed watching her birds and using her green thumb to grow her beautiful flowers. She adored her family and loved spending time with them. She relished working puzzles and playing dominoes with her great-grandchildren.
She is survived by her daughter Marcia Henderson of Alexander; stepdaughter Paula (Jay) Ballard of Vancouver, Washington; four grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; brothers James (Bonnie) Archer of Little Rock; Lindle (Betty) Archer of Beebe and sister-in-law Martha Archer of Little Rock; and many beloved nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her first husband, Harley C. Heath; parents Cecil and Rozena Archer; brother Freddie Archer; son-in-law Gary Henderson; and second husband, Richard Sanders.
A graveside service will be held at 10 a.m. Saturday, June 18, 2022, at Roselawn Cemetery in Little Rock
