Gordon R Reynolds Jr, 77, passed away on December 11, 2024, in Little River, SC. Born on April 20, 1947, in Washington D.C, Gordon dedicated nine years to the Navy before embarking on a 40-year career in HVAC.
Gordon was not only known for his professional achievements but also for his deep love for music. Known to his friends and family as Rick, he was an accomplished musician, who shared and nurtured his passion for music with his family, leaving behind a legacy of musical talent.
He is survived by his soulmate, best friend and wife, Dina E. Reynolds; children, Shelley Reynolds, Richard Reynolds, and Rebecca Nichols; sister, Linda Marsh; brother, Steve Reynolds; cousin Fred Mathis:10 grandchildren; and 9 great-grandchildren. Gordon was preceded in death by his parents, Gordon Reynolds Sr. and Irene E. Reynolds, sister Carolyn Sherman and his dear cousin Dorthy Thume.
A memorial service will be held on April 26, 2025, in Little River, South Carolina, where friends and family will gather to honor his memory and celebrate his life.
