Deborah A. Livingston, 73, of Little River, SC, passed away on April 22, 2023, at home surrounded by her
family and her beloved protector, Jax, following a long battle with Dementia and Parkinson's Disease.
Debbie was born on April 12, 1950, in Louisville Kentucky. Debbie was the daughter of the late John
Marvin and Trudy Louise Jessup.
Debbie grew up in Ft Lauderdale, Florida until she was 15 then moved to North Myrtle Beach. Debbie
graduated from Wampee High School and went to Joyland Cosmetology School. She married the love
of her life James on November 1, 1969. Debbie was a member of Living Water Baptist Church since
2008 where she accepted Christ and was baptized. Debbie was a handworker, a dedicated wife and the
best mother and grandmother anyone could ask for.
Surviving is her beloved husband, James H Livingston Sr; son, James H Livingston Jr (Kricket); daughter,
Jennifer Mishler; son, John P Livingston (Christina); her grandchildren, Jacob Martin (Madison), Noel
Mishler, Sarah Livingston, Sarah Mishler, Cooper Livingston, Caleb Mishler, Morgan Livingston, Ansley
Livingston; Her Beloved Fur Baby; Jax Livingston, Her Brother; David L. Jessup and her large loving
family; Bobby Livingston, Terry Livingston (Suzanne), Elton Livingston, Peggy Willard (Starlin), Margie
Livingston, Pam Livingston and many nephews and nieces.
Debbie’s parents and granddaughter, Madison Livingston, preceded her in death along with members
of her loving family; Billie Livingston Todd (Kenneth), Wayne Livingston, Sammy Livingston, Barry Livingston, Cheryl Livingston, Jan Livingston, Kathy Livingston, and a special sister; Betty Batten.
A Celebration of Life will be held at Living Water Baptist Church on April 26, 2023; visitation between
2:00pm to 3:00pm and service at 3:00pm.
