Andrew graduated from Seaholm High School in Birmingham, Michigan then continued his education at Western Michigan University where he received an associates degree to become a police officer. After swat training in Detroit, Andrew became head of security at Oakland Mall while also providing personal security for some of Michigan’s “movers and shakers." After his children were school age, Andrew became employed at Birmingham Public Schools where he was first in security and finally an administrator as district enrollment coordinator. Andrew loved coaching football, wrestling and golf at the high school level. His teams won numerous medals and state titles. Andrew retired after 20+ years and he and his wife moved to South Carolina. Once calling South Carolina home, the two started working at the Reserve Golf Course and later on worked for Socastee High School.
His hobbies include a passion for coaching football, wrestling and golf along with collecting baseball cards. Andrew was also a fan of fantasy football. Unexpectedly, Andrew enjoyed his many years as a coach for Charity Powderpuff Football with his female teams.
