Born in Bogota, Colombia he migrated to the United States when he was only 7 years old.
He enjoyed tattoo conventions, car shows, boating, going to the beach, and traveling to his home country.
An avid saltwater angler, Walter regularly made time for reeling in the big one in Montauk.
As a young man he picked up the trade and went on to become highly skilled HVAC professional.
A family man, he was a caring son, the best big brother, the most devoted husband and father, and loving uncle.
Walter is survived by his wife Marta and son Jose Tobòn; his parents, Jose Garcia and Ana Motora; his sisters Angelica and Rachel; niece and nephew David and Valentina.
A visitation for Walter will be held Friday, July 21, 2023 from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM at Krowicki McCracken Funeral Home, 2124 East Saint George Ave, Linden, NJ 07036.
