Mrs. Russo was truly one of a kind. I grew up on Monroe Ave and we lived on the same street. I remember going to Mrs. Russo's house as a kid, where she taught me how to make chocolates and we worked on lots of other crafts. I would always see her and Mr. Russo every day on their daily walks. Mrs. Russo was friends with my Mom, Marilyn for many years, as well. I feel honored to have known her. She was an amazing person and will be greatly missed. 

Mrs. Russo (Aunt Joanne) was a class act and a wonderful human being.  She and Uncle Louie took me everywhere--Lake George, Florida, Great Adventure--parties, dinners, etc.   She always treated me like family and made my teenage years special. 
She continued to be good to me by always watching my children and taking them places while I was at work.

She will be missed ;(
Rest In Peace, Aunt Joanne

My First memories of Mrs Russo are at Madison Monroe in the 70’s.  She was so nice, always had a smile on her face. Me and my friends used to like to go visit her in her office.  I spent many days and nights, having sleepovers with Trish, at their house. I even went on vacation to Florida with them one summer. Great memories. She will be missed. My condolences to Mr. Russo and the family.

Mrs.Russo meant so very much to my family and I. We had met at  school 16where we both worked. We became great friends, we would have lunches together and discussed some many things,like family and work.In 1995
Mr. &Mrs. Russo attended my daughter's  First Holy communion. They sat at our family table and they had a wonderful time,they were talking and laughing and learning so much about each others
 family's we all had a great time and enjoyed sharing  information about our familys we loved her & her family.She will be missed.Thank you for touching  our hearts and being a part of our family.❤🙏

Mrs. Russo worked at Madison Monroe School 16 when I was a student there. She was the sweetest woman who always went above and beyond for all of the students. I have fond memories of my time there because of her. I graduated from that school in 1995 and she is one person who I have always remembered because of the kindness she always showed me. May you rest in eternal peace.
