Betty was born March 4, 1937 in Iowa City, IA, to Lucinda and Vincent Beltz. Betty grew up in West Liberty, IA.
Betty was preceded in death by her husband of 60 years, Richard (Dick) Perry. Betty was an animal lover, and was also fond of cooking, fishing, and gardening.
A private family service will be held at a later date. Memorials are suggested to the family for future designation.
