The family will receive friends on Sunday, September 3, 2023 from 5:00-7:00 p.m. at Loflin Funeral Home of Liberty. A graveside service will be held on Monday, September 4, 2023 at 11:00 a.m. at Fairview Cemetery in Liberty.
Donna was the daughter of the late Joseph Randolph Coltrane Sr. and Lola Ferguson Coltrane and was also preceded in death by her husband, Bill Williams; sisters, Josephine Culberson and Etta Mae Brady; and brother, Joseph Randolph Coltrane Jr.
She leaves behind her children, Wanda Holt, Frank Holt (Debbie), Randy Holt (Sybil) and Ronnie Holt; grandchildren, Frankie Holt III and Brandon Holt; great grandchildren, Valerie Holt and Veronica Holt; and nieces and nephews.
