David Earl Koehler

David Earl Koehler, 57, passed away on Monday July 17, 2017. David was born June 17, 1960 to George and Agnes Marie (Border) Koehler. He grew up in Kearney, Missouri and graduated from Kearney High School. For the past 36 years, David has lived in Liberty, Missouri and worked for Root Dental Lab for 30 years. In his free time, David enjoyed coaching soccer, fishing, watching television and Raiders football. He also enjoyed motorcycles, Harleys to be specific. He was a simple family man and loved spending time with his family, especially his grandchildren.

David is survived by his son, Nicholas "Nick" Koehler and wife, Jana; daughter, Hayley Shinneman and husband, Michael Shinneman and their mother, Beth; brother, John Koehler and wife, Debbie; sister, Shirley Francis and husband, Chuck; sister, RoseAnn Minnis; granddaughters, Makenna, Makenzy, and Makaelyn Koehler and grandson, Emmett Shinneman.

David was preceded in death by his parents, George and Agnes and a brother-in-law, Vic Minnis.

A visitation for David will be held Saturday, July 22, 2017 from 10:30a.m. to 1:00p.m. at Church-Archer-Pasley Funeral Home, 119 East Franklin Street, Liberty, Missouri, 64068. A graveside service will be conducted Monday, July 24, 2017 at 2:00p.m. at Resurrection Cemetery, 5001 North East Cookingham Drive, Kansas City, Missouri, 64156.
