He is survived by his sisters and brothers, Sharon Swafford (Johnny), Dana Homan (Mike), Darla Seefluth, Randal Lankford (Debi), Douglas (Susan) and Donald Harlow, Jr. (Vonda), his beloved wife of 55 years, Grace, and their son, Lance (Rachael).
Ron had a quick sense of humor and was a natural people person. He made great use of these skills as a traveling sales representative for over twenty years. He was passionate about his family and country. An excellent baker, Ron took pride in the details of everything he did. He possessed a near encyclopedic knowledge of early country music and was always eager for the return of baseball season. He was generous, warm, kind, intelligent and brave. His greatest joy was spending time with people he cherished.
He was predeceased by his parents; his step-father, Donald Harlow Sr.; step-sister, Bonnie; and brothers, David and Wayne, Jr.
Funeral services, followed by visitation and reception, will be held at Zion Lutheran Church in Lexington, 226 Corley Mill Rd, Lexington, SC 29072 on Thursday, February 15th at 12:30 PM.
