Mrs. Rabon retired from Lexington School District One. She spent many years there working to keep things clean and safe for all of her babies, as she would call them. Her love spanned work, grandchildren and great grandchildren, and her birds.
She is survived by her daughter, Jessie Hartsoe (David); son, Tommy H. Rabon (Patricia); 10 grandchildren; 4 great grandchildren and a Peanut; sisters, Jean and Shirley and brothers, Sammy and Fred. She was predeceased by her husband, Tommy H. Rabon and her daughter, Janet.
Funeral services will be held at 2:00 pm on Friday, September 17, 2021 at Caughman-Harman Funeral Home, Lexington Chapel. The family will receive friends from 6:00 pm to 7:00pm on Thursday, September 16 at the funeral home. The service will be live-streamed and may be viewed on Caughman-Harman Funeral Home, Lexington Chapel’s Facebook page. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Sanders Child Fund, 103 Horace Court, Lexington, SC 29073.
