Logan David Scott

LEXINGTON – A Celebration of Life for Logan David Scott, 23, will be held at 6:00 p.m. Wednesday, February 4, 2015 at Caughman-Harman Funeral Home, Lexington Chapel.

Logan was born January 24, 1992 in Charlotte, NC and passed away Sunday, February 1, 2015. He was a Chef at Arkos. He loved people, the Georgia Bulldogs, NC Tar Heels basketball, Atlanta Braves and the Dallas Cowboys and enjoyed playing video games with his friends. He graduated from Lexington High School in 2010 then went on to study at the Art Institute of Charleston where he graduated in 2012 with a degree in Culinary Arts.

He is survived by his mother, Terri Helton of Lexington; father, David Scott of Gastonia, NC; sisters, Cortney Scott of Grand Junction, CO and Lauren Scott of Lexington; close family friends, Dennis Coker and Jessica Wilkie; paternal grandparents, Ted and Sue Scott of Gastonia, NC; aunt, Dana (Joey) Kendrick of Gastonia, NC; uncle, Danny (Rhonda) Scott of Gastonia, NC; grandparents, Granny and Big John; cousins, Katlin and Hunter Kendrick, beloved dogs, Rambo and Prince, and a multitude of friends because he never met a stranger. He is predeceased by his maternal grandparents, Pat and Bill Helton; a sister, Megan Scott; brother, Brandon Scott; aunts, Patti Jo Helton and Susie McGinnis
