Kordel “Kord” Carson Brazell was born on June 19, 1964 and passed away on May 11, 2021.
He was predeceased by his mother, Barbara S. Miller and is survived by his father, Milton Brazell; his daughter, Savanna (Kayla); his sister, Kappy (Tom) and Skyler; his life partner, Lisa Foley and her sons, Max and Mitch along with a very loving family.
Kord graduated from Irmo High School and attended Newberry College. He was president of Brazell Brothers Painting and Contracting and later managed family owned real estate. He started the Irmo Chapin Chapter of Ducks Unlimited and enjoyed his association with many fellow hunters.
Kord was kind hearted, generous and very loving to his family and friends. He was always willing to encourage and support anyone who needed him. He will be dearly missed.
Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Monday, May 17, 2021 at Caughman-Harman Funeral Home, Lexington Chapel. Visitation will be held one hour prior to the service at the funeral home.
