Frances graduated from Myrtle Beach High School and soon after married Leon ‘Red’ Campbell. They enjoyed a rich life together with five children, a household full of love and laughter. Whether it was at the lake or the beach, vacations were always an adventure. With five kids and a couple of dogs in a station wagon, you were assured of a great time.
Her love for music and all things beautiful made for wonderful parties and family gatherings. She cherished those moments spent with her grandchildren making each feel uniquely special. Frances will be remembered for her vibrant spirit and enduring love for her family and friends.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Leon Campbell; daughter, Suzanne; and sister, Nancy Blanton. Frances leaves behind a loving family; her children, Ted Campbell (Robin), Bridget Longway, Lynn Campbell, Tim Campbell; grandchildren, Drayton Weldon (Tim), Gregory Longway (Kayla), Blair Campbell, Courtney Finley (Kenny), Brantley Campbell; and great-grandchildren, Blakely and Barrett Longway, Bentley Jumper, and Mason Finley.
A service in memory of Frances will be held Saturday, November 16th at 11:00 am at Caughman Harman Funeral Home in Lexington, S.C.
