Daniel Lawrence Thompson was born in Woman’s Hospital in Flowood County, Mississippi on October 12, 1983. Daniel was a loving and protective father, son, brother, uncle, and friend. He became a quadriplegic at the young age of 25 but continued to have a positive attitude. Daniel was not perfect, but he did not complain about his circumstances. He became ill and passed away on June 30, 2022, at the age of 39 years old.
Daniel is survived by his son, Jayden Lawrence Thompson; mother, Norma Thompson; sister, Mona Thompson; brother, Phillip Christopher Thompson (Jessica Corbin Thompson); nieces, Makalaya and Brittany Thompson; nephew, Phillip Christopher Thompson; great niece, Paris Fleming and a host of other loving aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
Daniel will be remembered for his kind smile and love for people. He was a spiritual person with a belief in God. Closer to the end of his life, he truly drew close to God and found peace and hope that he will wake up in paradise.
