Cody enjoyed cooking, weight lifting, traveling, and being with friends and family. Fluent in Chinese, Cody had been a teacher in China for nine years until January. He currently worked for Amazon and was enrolled in Midlands Technical College.
In addition to his mother, Cody is survived by his grandfather, James Logan; his uncle, Jason Tyler Logan; his step-father, Tracy Kaminer; his step-mother, Maple Hong; his sisters, Allison Jeffcoat (Rusty); Hannah Kaminer (Trey Tomlin); nieces, Izzy Jeffcoat and McKinley Tomlin; and nephew and buddy, Zander Jeffcoat; girlfriend, Felicia Aviles (Wallace and Raegan). Cody also had relatives in New York - a sister, Angelina and a brother, Andrew. In addition to his late father, Cody was preceded in death by his maternal grandmother, Vivian Jordan; and his paternal grandmother, Cynthia Logan.
Cody was a kind-hearted person who lived life to the fullest. He will be sorely missed by all who loved him.
Visitation will take place at Caughman-Harman Funeral Home, Lexington Chapel, 503 North Lake Drive, Lexington, SC 29072 on Monday, September 7, 2020, from 4:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. with a memorial service immediately following. Graveside service will be held at Mt. Horeb United Methodist Church Cemetery, 1205 Old Cherokee Rd, Lexington, SC 29072 following the memorial service.
