Rylee Walter Brochu

On May 6, 2024, Rylee Walter Brochu, a cherished son, peacefully passed away following a courageous battle with Mitochondrial Disease. He departed surrounded by the love of family and friends, who are committed to honoring his memory by embracing life to the fullest. Rylee's presence was a beacon of joy, marked by his contagious smiles, warm embraces, and boundless love.

Rylee is survived by his devoted mother, Stephanie Wing, and stepfather, Ryan Wing, as well as his father, Christopher Brochu, and stepmother, Danielle Chabot. He leaves behind his siblings, Alex Brochu, Brody Nickerson, Madison Anderson, Daniel Wing, and Dustin Wing, along with both paternal and maternal grandparents, and paternal and maternal aunts.

Known for his compassionate nature, Rylee's affection extended not only to his loved ones but also to his beloved feline companions. He embraced life with a spirited enthusiasm, finding joy in simple pleasures like building Lego creations with his father and sharing cozy movie nights with his mother. An avid lover of the beach and swimming, he reveled in the warmth of summer and the pristine beauty of snow.

Rylee's passion for animals, both big and small, was evident throughout his life, particularly in his unwavering devotion to his cherished pet cats. His departure leaves a void in the hearts of many, as his love touched lives far and wide.

Funeral services commemorating Rylee's remarkable life will take place on Friday, May 17, 2024, from 1-3 pm and 5-7 pm at Fortin Funeral Home, located at 217 Turner St, Auburn, ME, 04210. The burial will be held privately, honoring his memory in a personal and intimate setting.
