She was born on January 13, 1930 in Hamlin Plantation, ME to Alia and Benoit Bell.
She attended school, in Sabattus. She enjoyed puzzles, family time, and traveling. Lou was a caring and gentle soul and could be seen by her neighbors walking around her apartment building.
Preceding her in death is her husband Rosaire, 2 grandsons; Ricky and Brian, 4 brothers; Fern, Gilbert, Benoit, and Reno, 3 sisters; Annette, Thelma, and Hilda.
Lucille is survived by sons; Robert LaFrance, and E Rodney Wilson of Lewiston, daughter; Glenda Wilson of Topsham, 4 brothers; Herb (New Hampshire), Donald (Texas), Norm of Sabattus and Kenneth Bell of Mechanic Falls, a sister; Terry Bryant of Lewiston, 3 grandchildren; Stephanie, Tricia and Christine, 5 great grandchildren, 2 great-great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
Over the years she worked at Marcos, Stekino’s, Rolandeaus and Happy Jacks.

A Visitation is being held at The Fortin Group Lewiston on Thursday, March 4, 2021 from 10:00 am to 12:00 followed by a Service and interment at St. Peter Cemetery.
