Kathleen Ann Donoghue

December 9th surrounded by the love of her family.

She was the beloved wife of William John Donoghue III, with whom she shared 62 wonderful years of marriage. A loving mother, she found joy in raising her three children. William John Donoghue IV of Winthrop, ME, Susan Lizotte of Lewiston, ME and Karen Donoghue of Boston, MA.

She also adored her two granddaughters, Madison Lizotte of Wales, ME and Makayla Rose Donoghue of Boston, MA. She is also survived by her sister Ellen Dorr and her husband Richard Dorr of Berwick, ME and brother John Ramsay and his wife Linda Ramsay of Gardiner, ME. Along with lots of nieces and nephews and many wonderful friends.

She graduated for Lewiston High School in 1960 and worked LL Bean for over 20

years. She was a member of South Lewiston Baptist Church for over 60 years.

Our hope is in the Lord that we will be together again one day with her in the loving arms of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.

The LORD is the everlasting God,

the Creator of the ends of the earth.

He does not faint or grow weary;

his understanding is unsearchable.

He gives power to the faint,

and to him who has no might he increases strength.

Even youths shall faint and be weary,

and young men shall fall exhausted;

but they who wait for the Lord shall renew their strength;

they shall mount up with wings like eagles;

they shall run and not be weary;

they shall walk and not faint.

Isaiah 40:28-31

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in her name to South Lewiston Baptist Church Benevolent Fund.

Funeral services with be held on January 4th, 2025 at South Lewiston Baptist Church. Visiting hours 9:30-11, Funeral service 11, Potluck lunch and time of fellowship to follow.
