He was born in Lewiston Maine on July 2, 1972 the son of Richard and Romande (Labbe) Tremblay.
His father, Richard, stood faithfully by his side, just as he had been from the first day of Eric’s life to the very last. Richard’s unwavering presence and support brought Eric comfort through every high and low, creating a bond that could never be broken.
For the last seven months of his life, Eric returned to Maine from Florida, where his family stood by him every step of the way, helping him cope and offering strength and love. Their care and support gave him peace and comfort during these final months.
Eric’s life was filled with a love for the outdoors and a passion for hands-on work. A talented carpenter, he built his own business from the ground up and took pride in the quality and craftsmanship of his work. Known for his strong work ethic and dedication, Eric was a true master with his hands, turning raw materials into beautiful structures.
Outside of work, Eric found joy in simple pleasures. He loved spending time on his bike, exploring the open road, and enjoying the freedom it brought. His love for motorcycles and the thrill of riding was a big part of who he was. Eric also had an eye for style—he valued looking sharp, taking pride in his clothes and shoes, always making sure to present himself well.
Eric’s love for his family was unmatched. His son, Seth Tremblay, was his pride and joy. Eric fought hard throughout his life, always striving to be there for those he cared about. In his final moments, he was surrounded not only by family but also by close friends, including his dear friend Mike Giambra, who stood by him through thick and thin.
Although his earthly journey has come to an end, Eric is now in God’s care, free from suffering and at peace. Eric Tremblay will be remembered as a hardworking, resilient, and loving man who touched the lives of all who knew him.
