William C. Jones, formerly of Bristol Township, died on Tuesday, October 16, 2018 at Thomas Jefferson University Hospital. He was 57.Born and raised in Lower Bucks County, William was a 1979 graduate of Woodrow Wilson High School. He resided in Salt Lake City, Utah for many years before moving to Barnegat, NJ two years ago.He worked as a Journeyman carpenter for many years.William was an avid Eagles fan and enjoyed being outdoors hunting and fishing. He played baseball from the time he was a youth until the age of 40 and also enjoyed golf.Beloved son of Rita A. and Jim Jones, William is the brother of James C. Jones Jr. (Patricia) and Karen E. Ryan (Rob) and the uncle of John Anthony, Heather Lynn, Robert Jr., James III and Kristen.He will also be missed by his uncles, John Jones (Midge), Joseph "Doc" Jones (Fern) and Barry Jones (Lillian) as well as many cousins and extended family.Services are private.Memorial contributions may be made to St. Mary Church, 747 W Bay Ave, Barnegat, NJ 08005
