Thomas J. Waters

Thomas J. Waters III of Levittown passed away on Wednesday, November 22, 2017 at St. Mary Medical Center. He was 78.Born in Bristol, Thomas has been a life long resident of Lower Bucks County and was a 1957 graduate of the former Delhaas High School.He worked as a grocery manager at Food Fair and Super Food Rite in Levittown for many years until retiring.Tom was a member of the Penn Warner Club where he enjoyed fishing and going out on his boat with his life long friend Gus Schneider. He also enjoyed riding his motorcycle.Mr. Waters is survived by his beloved wife of 56 years, Patricia A. (Rizzo).He is the loving father of Lynn Garrison and devoted grandfather of DeAnna Garrison and Raymond Garrison IV.Thomas is also survived by his sister, Joy Arias; brother, James Waters, sister-in-law, Deborah Drozdowski (Anthony); several nieces and nephews including Shawn, Carolee, Devon, Jimmy, Steve and T.J.; great nephew, Jacob and other extended family members.Family and friends are invited to call from 6 until 7:30 p.m. on Monday at the James J. Dougherty Funeral Home, Inc., 2200 Trenton Rd., Levittown where his memorial service will be held at 7:30 p.m. Interment is private.In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Susan G.
