Salvatore Michael Mignogna Salvatore Michael "Mike" Mignogna passed away peacefully June 5, 2011 at Saint Mary Medical Center, Langhorne, surrounded by his family. Born June 8, 1926 in Juniata, PA he was a US Army veteran. Mike was employed at US Steel in Fairless Hills from 1952 until he retired in 1984. He loved to bowl and play softball. He was preceded in death by his parents, Michele and Mary D. Mignogna, brother Paul and granddaughter, Kimberly Clarke. Mike was the loving father of Joyce Kuechler (Thomas) of Palm Coast, FL, Jerry Mignogna (Nancy) of Langhorne, Christine Primavera Saborsky (Richard) of Levittown and Michelle Clarke (Bill) of Thompson's Station, TN. He is also survived by his brother, Tony Mignogna (Dorie) of Bensalem, sister Josephine Smith (the late Cloid) of Newry, PA and his sister-in-law Gloria Mignogna of Levittown. He is loved and remembered by 10 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren and his good friend, Helen Aiello, along with numerous nieces and nephews. Family and friends may call on Thursday, 6:00 until 8:00 pm and on Friday, 9:00 until 10:00 am at the James J. Dougherty Funeral Home, Inc., 2200 Trenton Road, Levittown, where his Funeral Service will be held on Friday, 10:00 am. Interment will follow in Washington Crossing National Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Saint Mary Medical Center Foundation, 1717 Langhorne-Newtown Road, Suite 300, Langhorne, PA 19047.
