Mary A. Yencha

Mary A. Yencha passed away on Friday, October 12, 2018 at her home in Bristol Township at the age of 91.Born and raised in Slovakia, Mrs. Yencha came to the United States at the age of 6 and settled in Larksville, PA and has resided in Fairless Hills for the past 40 years.During her marriage, she and her husband lived in several different places and continents during their lifetimes. After the death of her husband, Mrs. Yencha contined traveling throughout the world. Mrs. Yencha was employed as an Adminstrative Assistant for many retailers throughout the area, including Sam's Club and the former Makro.She was a member of the Slovak Catholic Sokols.Mrs. Yencha will be remembered for her great sense of humor.Beloved wife of the late John J., Mrs. Yencha is the loving mother of John David (Joanne McCarthy), Robert (Karen) and Richard A. (Patricia McDermott) Yencha.She is the devoted grandmother of Ian (Christine) and Ali Yencha; proud great grandmother of Nora and Julian; and dear sister of Irene Kaschak.Services and interment will be held privately.In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in Mrs. Yencha's name may be made to Chandler Hall Health Services, 99 Barclay Street, Newtown, PA 18940.
