Martha M. Manion

Martha M. (Badolato) Manion died on Thursday, December 27, 2012 at her home in Levittown. She was 93. Born in Philadelphia, she was a long time resident of Falls Township and was a member of Saint Joseph the Worker Parish, Fallsington and the Sodality of Catholic Daughters. Until her retirement in 1982, Mrs. Manion was the assistant cafeteria manager for Pennsbury High School for over 15 years. She enjoyed gardening, cooking, baking and loved animals. Beloved wife of 60 years to Charles J., she was the loving mother of Charles H. (Donna Leigh Farris) of Levittown and James of Portsmouth, VA. She will also be sadly missed by her grandchildren, Leanne Manion and Nicholas "Skitch" Manion and her brother, Carmen Badolato and many nieces and nephews. Mrs. Manion was preceded in death by her sisters, Rose Vitale and Ann Salvatore and her brothers, Nicholas and Frederick Badolato. Family and friends are invited to call on Wednesday, from 9:00 until 10:00 am at Saint Joseph the Worker Church, 9172 New Falls Road, Fallsington, where her funeral mass will be celebrated at 10:00 am.
