Louise E. Springer died on Friday, April 8, 2016 at Chandler Hall. She was 78.Born in Brooklyn, NY, Mrs. Springer has been a long time resident of Lower Bucks County. She was very devoted to her faith and was a very active member of Queen of the Universe parish where she was involved with the Regina Guild and the Choir.Mrs. Springer spent her career in the financial industry working as a bank teller at First Federal of Bucks County.She was a member of the Middletown Senior Citizens where she enjoyed playing bingo, singing in the choir and spending time with friends.Mrs. Springer was the beloved wife of 46 years to the late Richard J. Springer. She was the loving mother of Marjorie Atkinson and her husband Robert of Levittown, Richard Springer and his wife Sharon of Montrose, Teresa Turek of Levittown, and Michael Springer and his wife Amy of Levittown. She will also be sadly missed by her grandchildren: Robert and Christine Atkinson, John and William Rudzianski, Travis and Tyler Springer; great grandchildren, Elena, Annabel and Hunnter; her siblings, Michael Mazzeo (Rita) and Teresa Crompton (Jim); and several nieces and nephews.She was preceded in death by her parents, Michael and Dorothy Mazzeo.Family and friends may call on Tuesday from 6 to 8 p.m. and on Wednesday from 8:30 to 9:30 a.m. at the James J. Dougherty Funeral Home, Inc., 2200 Trenton Rd., Levittown. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 10 a.m. on Wednesday at Queen of the Universe Church.
