Janet F. Semler Janet F. Semler, of Levittown, PA, passed away at her home on Friday, December 6, 2013. She was born April 1, 1937 in Trenton, New Jersey, to John and Frances Paulaski. She was married to Andrew Semler on October 19, 1957. Janet's greatest joy in life was when she was surrounded by all of her children, grandchildren, and great grandchildren. She was extremely proud of all of them and loved them deeply. Janet also enjoyed cooking, caring for her beloved cats and camping. She would often sit in her window watching the wild life that came and went in her field. Janet is survived by her husband, Andrew, her children, Andrea and Peter Stewart and their children, Amy and Alex; Andrew (Skip) Semler and his children, Harry, Andi and Larry; Michael and Lisa Semler and their children, Ashley, Michael and David and Melissa Young and her children, Heather and Buddy. She is also survived by her brother, John and his wife, Betty Anne. Janet will also be sadly missed by her three great grandchildren, brothers and sisters in-law, cousins, nieces and nephews and her close friend, George Piscatelli. Janet was preceded in death by her parents, John and Frances; her brother Walter; daughter-in-law Cathleen and her granddaughter, Lauren Young. Family and friends are invited to call on Saturday from 8:30 until 10:00 am at the James J. Dougherty Funeral Home, Inc., 2200 Trenton Road, Levittown. Her funeral mass will be celebrated at 10:30 am at Queen of the Universe Church, Levittown, followed by the Rite of Committal in Saint Mary Cemetery, Trenton.
