Helen Snyder

Born in Drifton, PA, she was a 1939 graduate of Hazle Township High School, Hazleton, PA. Mrs. Snyder was an original homeowner in Levittown and a founding member of Our Lady of Perpetual Help Church, where she served as the treasurer for several years for the Church Bowling League.

Mrs. Snyder was also a member of the First Presbyterian Church Bowling League and was very proud to have achieved a high average and continued bowling until she was 95.

In her younger years, Mrs. Snyder had worked in a shirt factory and later was employed as a Custodian with the Bristol Township School District for many years.

She enjoyed embroidery, going to Atlantic City and Parx Casino, watching the Phillies, rubbing off lottery tickets, and spending time with her great granddaughters in her spare timeBeloved wife of 66 years to the late William Luther Snyder, Mrs. Snyder is the loving mother of Rebecca Zadnik (John Richard) and Elsie Snyder of Levittown. She is the devoted grandmother of John Zadnik, Jr. (Bronagh) and proud great grandmother of Kate and Erin.

Mrs. Snyder will also be sadly missed by several nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews.

Due to COVID-19, services and interment will be held privately. The funeral liturgy will be live streamed through the church facebook page or through the Eparchy of Passaic.
