Harriet Lucisano

Harriet Lucisano passed away peacefully surrounded by her family, on Sunday, January 17, 2010 at Chandler Hall Hospice. She was 89. Born in Trenton, the daughter of the late Caroline (Brewer) and Charles Jessen, she was a long time Tullytown Boro resident. Mrs. Lucisano was a member of the Ladies Auxiliary of the former Tullytown American Legion Post 961. She was an avid bowler for many years. Mrs. Lucisano is the wife of the late Frank Anthony and the loving mother of MaryAnn and her husband, the late Gilbert Marshall of Newark, DE; Walter C. "Bud" Burkhart of Hulmeville and Frank and his wife, Linda of Levittown. She will also be sadly missed by her eight grandchildren, Gil, Kim, Bill, Lorraine, Walt, Dawn, Frank and Darcie; her 15 great grandchildren, Shane, Cailin, Ashleigh, Jake, Luke, Ashley, Madyson, Kaitlyn, Samantha, Skye, Dominic, C.J., Frank, Gavin and Layla; her sister, Shirley May of Morrisville; many nieces and nephews and her beloved dog, Tioga. She was preceded in death by her sister, Thelma Heavner. Her funeral service will be held on Saturday at 10:00 am at the James J. Dougherty Funeral Home, Inc., 2200 Trenton Road, Levittown, where friends may call from 9:00 am until the time of the service. Interment will follow in Tullytown Cemetery. The family has requested that memorial contributions in her name be made to Bucks County S.P.C.A., PO Box 277, Lahaska, PA 18931.
