Elaine Richardson

Elaine L. Richardson died at her home surrounded by her loving family on Wednesday, March 31, 2010. She was 85. Elaine was born and raised in South Philadelpia, the daughter of the late Laura (Adamo) and Paul Adamo. She was a Bristol Township resident for the past 60 years and was a member of Saint Michael the Archangel Church, Levittown. She was a member of the Golden Marks. Elaine's primary care in life was to her family. She loved spending time with them on the beach in Wildwood, NJ. The loving wife of the late Ralph Richardson, Sr. and the mother of the late Kenneth Richardson, she is survived by her devoted and loving son, Ralph "Rick" Richardson and his wife Debra of Levittown; her 2 grandchildren, Joseph Timmerman and Jessica Rinehart and her fiance, Justin; and her 5 great grandchildren, Natalie, Mason, Aubree, Brynlee and Brody and many nieces and nephews. Elaine is the sister of the late Romeo Adamo and his wife Julie. Family and friends are invited to call on Wednesday, from 8:00 until 9:15 am at James J. Dougherty Funeral Home, Inc., 2200 Trenton Road, Levittown 19056. Her funeral mass will be celebrated at 10:00 am at Saint Michael the Archangel Church, 66 Levittown Parkway, Levittown 19054. Rite of Committal will follow in Our Lady of Grace Cemetery. The family has requested that memorial contributions in her name be made to The Women's Humane Society of Bucks County, 3839 Richilieu Road, P.O. Box 1470, Bensalem, PA 19020.
