Funeral services for Harold Donald Powell 82, will be 1:30 pm, Wednesday, January 19, 2011 at George Price Funeral Home Chapel in Levelland, Texas with Reverend Jesse Hodge officiating. Burial will be in City of Levelland Cemetery under direction of George Price Funeral Home, Levelland. He died Friday, January 14, 2011 in Oklahoma City, OK.
He was born on September 1, 1928 in Russellville, Arkansas to Ira V. and Julia (Loyd) Powell. Harold married Betty Hendrix on Feburary14, 1952 in Levelland, Texas.
Survivors include one son: Ledlie Powell and wife, Danette of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, two grandchildren: Brandon Powell and wife, Kristen of Montgomery, TX., Laura Powell of Oklahoma City, OK., two great grandchildren: Andrew Scott and Audrey Rose of Montgomery, TX., one brother: Charles Powell and wife, Martha of Tulsa, OK.
