Small in stature but strong in character, Cleo Story Triplett, 93, of Hudson also known as Mama, Grandma, and Nana, was unashamed to say, "I've got a song to sing," and off she'd go singing and testifying about the goodness of the Lord! How many Christians in your path have done that? Do we do that? She lived that testimony in front of her children and grandchildren.
On Wednesday, October 25, at 2:55 pm, she left this Earth and entered Heaven with a forever song and praise. She was loved and will be missed.
She, along with twin brother, Leo, were born July 6, 1930, to Arthur Leslie and Alice Penley Story. Along with her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, Warren Dewey Triplett, son, Travis Dewey Triplett and grandson, Josiah William Triplett; brothers, Harold, Rhonda and Leo Story; sisters, Junie Stallings and Bernice Wilcox.
She is survived by her daughters, Teresa Throneburg (Eddie) and Tilda Harris (Joe); her daughter-in-law Kathy Kistler (Dan); grandson, Jacob Triplett (Amber); granddaughters Jessica Wilks (Jeff) and Chloe Triplett (Brett); great-grandchildren Lawson, Maggie and Trip Wilks; and many nieces, nephews, and friends.
